Characteristics to become an entrepreneur
How do I know if I qualify to start a business? The truth is that there is no sure way to know, but I see that there are certain characteristics common among the emotional qualities and the family situation of the people who are preparing to embark on a venture.
It is not necessary to gather the seven features to be considered a good candidate for the employer, but the truth is that it helps. In general, closest to these features, the more likely to accumulate the requirements to set up your own business.
1) belongs to the class who can not work for another. I do not mean in a negative sense. Those who do start their own business often come from families whose parents worked on their own. Usually, it is easier to get a job in a company to start a business. No wonder that those who make their way by themselves have had direct example of their parents.
2) It’s a lousy employee. Unreservedly. Many of those who have their own business have been dismissed or have left several jobs.
