Robert E. Wright – A Man of Profound Knowledge
Born in 1969, Robert E WRight is an economic, business, monetary and financial historian. He holds a high position is Marilyn Nef Family Chair at Augusta College in relation to Political Economy. He also serves at the National Bureau of Economic Research as a research economist and the position of an editor at Pickering &Chatto. Apart from this he serves the position of a director at Thomas Willing Institute of Financial Markets, Institution and Regulations. Recently, he has been appreciated for his introduction in the famous book Principals of Political Economy and Taxation Essentials. The book is authored by David Ricardo.
He graduated from Fairport High School in the year 1987 and studied History at Buffalo State College. While being a student he became All-College Honors Program member. In 1997 he received his PhD from University of Buffalo. From the year 2001, he has written and co-authored atleast 6 famous books on United State’s political and financial history. He has also written extensively on the subject of contractual and economic problems affecting the United States. His book is a venture he had undertaken along with famous reporter of Wall Street Journal, Simon Constable. The early reviews for the book have been immensely favorable and its popularity has led to television and radio interviews of one or both the authors.
Another book was published by Prometheus in the last year also elicited interesting response that included an interview on the famous John Batchelor Show. There was also a review in the L.A. Times. This clearly indicates his success as an author and how his readers take his words seriously. Apart from the above-mentioned shows, Robert E WRight has appeared on many television shows and radio interviews.
Although a wide range of audience considers him underrated and not as famous as the diplomatic and financial historian, Niall Ferguson, Robert E. Wright is successful in attraction the interest of mainstream media and internet media. His prose style is considered very unique and has been appreciated by several critics. The financial crisis of the year 2008 greatly benefited Wright as his research agenda was taken quite seriously. His fame can also be attributed to his willingness to collaborate with fellow scholars and undertake projects that come out splendidly. There are very few men, who come as brilliant as Robert is and his contribution to the commercial world is not short of immense.
